技術說明

本發明提供一種快速染料吸附系統，可用於染料吸附太陽能電池製備。其係包含一工作電極安裝區及一染料注入高速旋轉區。其中，電池工作電極安裝區係置於快速染料吸附系統之外圈，用於固定電池工作電極。染料高速旋轉區係分為染料注入區與液體破碎區，整體或部分可高速旋轉。染料注入高速旋轉區，經液體破碎區破碎為微小液滴，並快速吸附於工作電極安裝區之工作電極上。本發明解決先前太陽電池染料吸附速率慢、過量染料配置之染料浴染料吸附方法。 A rapid dye absorption system contains a working electrode loading device and a dye-injection rotating device. The working electrode loading device locates at the periphery and allows the loading of the solar cell working electrodes. The dye-injection rotating device consists of a dye-injection section and a liquid-disruption section. The entire or part of the device can rotate at high speed. The dye injects into the rotating device from the dye-injection section and disrupts into small droplets in the liquid-disruption section, and rapidly being absorbed on the working electrode. This innovation solves the previous dye-bath dye absorption problems, including the slow dye absorption rate and excess dye utilization.
