技術說明

常見的正結構有機太陽能電池，陰極端普遍採用較不穩定的鋁金屬，此發明以雙層電極的設計，沉積一層極薄的高穩定性金屬銀於鋁電極之上，可有助於彌補封裝過後，微量滲入的水氧至有機層中的劣化問題。 The cathode of thick aluminum is typical for normal structure polymer solar cells. Bilayer electrode is designed to increase a moisture barrier layer by depositing an ultra-thin silver layer. The thickness of silver only 20nm is obvious improvement for long-term stability, the ultra-thin film have some priorities, which are low cost and isolating moisture from the organic layer.
