技術說明

本發明係關於一種復健器材，包括主體、行進軌道、施力元件、主連桿、底座及可調軸承，其中施力元件可透過主連桿滑動於行進軌道上，且主體可透過可調軸承調整與底座之相對角度。本發明適用於需要針對四肢肌肉進行增強之復健使用者，其具有主動或被動模式以供使用者自行設定，可同時或分別運動到肩關節、肘關節、腕關節等上肢關節，或是髖關節、膝關節、踝關節等下肢關節，更可依不同使用者的需求(所需復健位置、關節及伸展能力)而調整側向角度、軌道範圍、軌道形狀，以調整適合之運動角度範圍來決定關節運動程度和肌肉拉伸範圍，進而達到多關節復健的效果 A portable rehabilitation equipment is provided, which includes a main body, a track, a force component, a main connecting rod, a base and an adjustable bearing, wherein the force component slides along the track by the main connecting rod, and the related angle between the main body and the base can be adjusted through tuning the adjustable bearing. The present invention is adapted for the user in the exercise rehabilitation for their arms and legs, and it could be switched between the active mode and the passive mode for users. It could help exercise of the patients with upper limb joints such as shoulder, elbow, wrist, etc. and lower limb joints such as hip, knee, ankle, etc. The lateral angle, the track range, and the track shape could be further adjusted to regulate the exercise angle range for determining the exercise level and the muscle tension range according to the various users’ need to achieve the effect of multi-joint rehabilitation.
