處理一分頻多工訊號之系統及方法SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING A FREQUENCY DIVISION MULTIPLEXING SIGNAL

本技術係有關於採用時頻轉換之通訊系統,如正交分頻多工和正交分頻多重進接等。在無線通訊訊號傳輸中,通道響應會因相對運動的緣故而隨時間改變,這就會在採用時頻轉換之系統中就造成載波間干擾,而且此干擾會隨載波頻率或相對運動速率之增高而提高。由於新一代無線通訊系統會考慮較前高許多的移動速率,也可能考慮更高的載波頻率,載波間干擾就成為其中極需解決的問題。本技術開發載波間干擾頻域相關函數之特性,以降低載波間干擾與雜訊對訊號檢測的衝擊,以致可以大幅增強時變通道下之訊號傳收效能。 The technology is concerned with communication systems that employ time-frequency transformation, such as OFDM and OFDMA. In wireless communication signal transmission, the channel response may change with time due to relative motion. This can cause intercarrier interference (ICI) in a system that employs time-frequency transformation. And this interference can increase with increase in carrier frequency or speed of relative motion. Because new-generation wireless communication systems will consider much higher motion speeds than previously considered and may consider using higher carrier frequencies, ICI becomes a significant problem to be solved. In this proposed technology, the property existing in the frequency-domain correlation function of ICI is exploited to reduce the impact of ICI and noise on signal detection, so that the signal transmission performance over time-varying channels can be significantly enhanced.
