廢氣脫硫方法

一種廢氣脫硫方法,包含一水化步驟、一膠結步驟及一脫硫步驟。該水化步驟是將一石灰石脫硫副產物置入水中,得到一副產石灰,該石灰石脫硫副產物是選自底灰、飛灰或其組合;該膠結步驟是使該副產石灰乾燥膠結,得到一經膠結的副產石灰,該經水化與膠結的副產石灰具有二水合硫酸鈣;該脫硫步驟是使該經膠結的副產石灰受熱形成多孔結構,並與該廢氣反應。本發明廢氣脫硫方法能有效回收石灰石脫硫副產物,並重新利用於廢氣脫硫,提高石灰石脫硫副產物的有效使用率。 A method of utilizing the products of limestones after desulfurization as sulfur sorbent is presented. When the limestone is used to desulfurization, the limestone doesn’t be completely sulfated. The products of limestones after desulfurization are complex, including calcium sulfate, calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide and calcium carbonate. This innovation presents a method to reuse the products of limestones after desulfurization as sulfur sorbent. The products of limestones after desulfurization are hydrated. The formations of calcium hydroxide during the hydration reaction result in the volume expansion of the core and destruct the shell. The unsulfated calcium oxide exposes to the surface. The hydrated products of limestones after desulfurization reuse for desulfurization. The 100% calcium of hydrated products are sulfated, and the final products are pure calcium sulfate.
