含錫催化劑用於聚酯化反應之方法A METHOD FOR POLYESTERIFICATION BY TIN CATALYSTS

透過添加化學試劑到異辛酸亞錫與其他錫的相關衍生化合物的方式,來提升對環己內酯與乳酸交酯聚合能力。由實驗結果得知在相同的反應條件下,有添加化學試劑的異辛酸亞錫反應速率比未添加的條件快約十倍;而其他錫的相關衍生試劑反應速率也有很明顯的提升。另外,在大分子量的實驗測試中,所得到的聚乳酸交酯在GPC的分析下可大於四十萬,聚環己內酯可大於七萬。結果證明此申請專利可立即應用於業界生產大分子量之聚乳酸交酯,並顯著地縮短製程時間、降低生產成本與提升產能,進而提成產品競爭力。 This project is to promoting the polymerization rate of e-caprolactone and L-lactide by tin(II) bis(2-ethyl-hexanoate) (Sn(Oct)2) and other tin reagents with added chemical reagent respectively. The experiment result shows that the polymerization rate of Sn(Oct)2 with added chemical reagent is faster about decuple than without one in the same condition, and the molecular weight of ploylactide is over four hundred thousand; polylactone is more than seventy thousand by GPC analysis. Besides, the polymerization rates of other tin reagents with added chemical reagent individually are obviously raised as well. The patent application can extraordinarily reduce the procedure time and costs of the product in industry instantly and increase the competitive advantage of the manufacture.
