控制生物材料貼脫附性之系統。本發明係提供一種用於控制細胞貼附性之方法,其包含:提供一基材,其中該基材之表面上有一酸鹼應答型高分子與poly vinyl alcohol (PVA)和polycaprolacton (PCL) 兩非酸鹼應答型高分子;於該基材之表面上培養細胞;及調整培養該細胞用之培養基之pH值,以控制該細胞之貼附性。藉由該方法,係可輕易地使細胞自貼附表面脫附,而脫附所得之細胞仍有極高之存活率。技術移轉可行性可能需等裝置開發完成後一起評估。 The purpose of this study is related to a system for speed controlling attachment/detachment of different cells, comprising: a substrate having a pH-responsive polymer blended layer and a medium having a specific pH range. HeLa cells attached and spread well on a pH-responsive polymer blended layer at pH 6.99. When the pH was increased to 7.65, about 75% of HeLa cells could be recovered from 5-20wt% polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) surface within 0.5 h and only 26.7% from 15wt% polycaprolactone (PCL) surface over 2 h. Additionally, chitosan/PVA and chitosan/PCL blended surfaces could effectively control attachment/detachment of various types of cells including cell lines HaCaT, 3T3, and primary adipose-derived stem cell (ASC), indicating the technology described here is easily reproducible and should be promising for controlling rapid fibronectin adsorption/desorption and cell attachment/detachment for tissue engineering applications.
