玻璃拋光廢棄物的回收再利用方法

利用氧化鈰拋光粉進行面板玻璃、光學鏡片等玻璃的拋光研磨後,會產生含有氧化鈰拋光粉與玻璃碎屑粉的玻璃拋光廢棄物。本方法可從玻璃拋光廢棄物中分別回收高純度氧化鈰拋光粉、水玻璃及矽酸鈣。將玻璃拋光廢棄物與鹼劑混合後,進行熱處理及水洗處理,可完全去除玻璃碎屑粉,回收高純度之氧化鈰拋光粉;水洗液再進行蒸發處理,可回收水玻璃,或添加含鈣物質,可回收矽酸鈣。本方法可達成玻璃拋光廢棄物的完全回收及資源化。 Cerium oxide (CeO2) abrasive is often used to perform the precision polishing in the manufacturing process of panel glass and optical glass. After polishing, a glass polishing waste containing CeO2 abrasive and polished glass powder is produced. This method can recover high purity cerium oxide abrasive, water glass, and calcium silicate from the glass polishing waste. The glass polishing waste is mixed with alkaline reagent, followed by heat treatment and water washing, to remove the glass powder and thus to recover the CeO2 abrasive of high purity. The water washing liquid is evaporated to recover the water glass, or calcium reagent is introduced to the water washing liquid to recover the calcium silicate. This method can achieve the complete recovery and valorization of the glass polishing waste.
