技術說明

旋轉機械系統的軸承座被固定在機體結構上，機體結構支持機械的重量及振動力，軸承座與壓電晶體之間有連接件，將壓電晶體經由連接件安裝在軸承座，連接件結構有適當的剛性傳遞部份的振動力，此部份是壓電晶體所能承受的振動力；當機械旋轉之離心力引致的振動力，依序經由軸承、軸承座、連接件，傳遞至壓電晶體，使壓電晶體產生電荷，經電子電路裝置將電荷轉換成電壓，直接使用在機械的本身電器裝置所需的電力，以及儲存於儲能裝置中移作他用。 Bearing pedestals of a mechanical system are fixed on itself machinery foundation, the connecting mechanism which is located between the bearing pedestal and foundation supports the weight and a part of vibrational force of this mechanical system. Piezoelectric crystal and connecting structure are combined in series to support the vibrational forces in three coordinates for that a part of vibrational force can only be sustained by the piezoelectric crystal. Consequently, the charges is generated by piezoelectric crystal subjected to the vibrational force due to centrifugal force which is induced necessarily by rotation and transmitted from shaft, through bearings and bearing pedestals to piezoelectric crystal. The charges generated by piezoelectric crystal can be transformed by electric device and output to be utilized by machine itself and stored up by power storage.
