技術說明

這是一種細胞檢測晶片的影像定位與拼接方法及影像檢測系統。此創新方法依據影像擷取裝置的攝像區域的大小及細胞檢測晶片的檢測區域的大小，規劃影像擷取裝置拍攝細胞檢測晶片的影像的移動路徑，其中所述檢測區域中包括配置用以定位影像的多個記號。然後，控制影像擷取裝置依照所規劃的移動路徑，於細胞檢測晶片上方移動以拍攝細胞檢測晶片的多張影像。最後，依據影像中出現的記號的位置，對影像進行定位並且拼接為完整的晶片影像。 An image registering and stitching method and an image detection system for a cell detection chip are provided. In the method, a moving path of an image capturing device for capturing images of the cell detection chip is planed according to a size of an imaging region of the image capturing device and a size of a detection region of the cell detection chip, in which multiple symbols are disposed on the detection region for registering the captured images. Next, the image capturing device is controlled to move above the cell detection chip along the planed moving path so as to capture multiple images of the cell detection chip. Finally, the captured images are registered and stitched to form a complete chip image according to locations of the symbols appearing in the images.
