技術說明

本計畫以24V汽車發電機整流器提高其效率,利用三相同步整流技術加上利用微處理器程式調整以減少整流二極體,提出同時結合電壓與電流回授控制的同步整流器,以提升系統之整體發電效率。以多相降壓電路以電壓回饋的方式,對汽車電器供電並同時對電池進行充電,提出於不同的電池電壓下控制充電電流,使得電池充電效率可以最高,並以同步整流器以所造成損失,提高系統整體效率。本計畫最後以實作印證所提出之發電機系統、電壓調整器、充電器系統之特性,並以微處理器為基礎控制實際整個系統,將會同步整流器3 kW,轉換器之效率達到95%以上。本計畫配合昭合公司所汽車電機之相關技術實施性能測試,在不同轉速、不同負載、甚至動態負載條件下施測,針對汽車發電機整流器性能測試以及產品適用性分析。基於24 V大貨車,大巴士方面的發電效能提升,油耗下降達到節省能源訴求,減低碳排放量,所以研發出新的24 V發電機控制系統在預期需求及預期效益方面,除了經濟效益外,對於廠商產品的精進及創新,在全球講求環保議題上,也提供了一個改善的產品對於地球暖化的課題,也提供了一個解決方案。 This project is to design 24 V three-phase synchronous rectifiers with high-efficiency for automotive alternators is proposed. A new control strategy and low costcircuitry topology are applied. There are many control methods for Power MOSFETs of synchronous rectifiers to replace the conventional rectifier diodes for the improvement of the efficiency of AC/DC rectifier. Most of those methods for such synchronous rectifiers based on operational amplifiers which are sensitive and easy interfered by electronic noise, the proposed circuitry for voltage sensing in this paper is low-cost with diodes and resistors are used to sense the positive and negative voltage of each phase for determining when to switch the synchronous rectifiers thereby emulate the operation of conventional rectifier diodes. Sensing three-phase voltage and controlling Power MOSFETs state are done by micro-controller so this method is more stable. Measurements are taken on a prototype of proposed synchronous rectification compared to a conventional diode rectification for a standard automotive alternator. The experiment shows that the efficiency of the alternator system has been raised to 95.3%. The company could provide some know-how about the developed rectifier for alternator to assist the verification and test benchmark. Most important is that the product not only could make profit for company but also could reduce the gasoline usage and the emission gas from the vehicles that is good for our environment.
