技術說明

一種高增益低雜訊放大電路，包含一第一放大器，用來接收一輸入信號，並將該輸入信號進行增益放大以產生一放大信號，且該第一放大器包括一第一電晶體，具有一接收一第一偏壓的第一端、一提供該放大信號的第二端，及一接收該輸入信號的控制端，一電連接該第一電晶體之第二電晶體，一電連接該第一電晶體之第一電阻，及一電連接於該第二電晶體與該第一電阻間的第一電感；及一第二放大器，電連接該第一放大器以接收該放大信號，並將該放大信號進行增益放大以產生一輸出信號。 A high-gain low-noise amplifier circuit comprises a first amplifier for receiving an input signal, and the gain of the input signal to produce an amplified signal amplification, and the first amplifier includes a first transistor having a receiving a first bias voltage of the first end of the amplified signal to provide a second terminal, receiving the input signal, and a control terminal, a first transistor is electrically connected to the the second transistor, an electrical connection to the first a first electrical resistance transistor, and an inductor electrically connected to the first transistor and the second between the first resistor; and a second amplifier electrically connected to the first amplifier to receive the amplified signal, and the amplifying gain amplified signal to produce an output signal.
