技術說明

一種簡單且有效率的分子固定方法，尤其關於一種生物分子固定方法，係用於進行一生物反應，包含以下步驟：首先提供一生物分子與一引導分子，以一微波步驟將生物分子聯接至少一引導分子後，形成一吸附體；接著，提供一具有孔洞結構之基材，將吸附體與基材混合，形成一混合物；最後，以一渦流震盪步驟處理混合物，使吸附體以吸附並且固定至基材後，形成一生物反應器及其反應系統，以達到有效固定生物分子於特定固態載體之效。由於現今生物反應系統已 廣泛使用於化學工業、食品工業及醫藥產業。此方法的發展針對蛋白質酶的生物反應系統而 言，為達到較佳的催化效率，同時考量經濟成本以及材料回收再利用的效益，是一種很優異的選擇。 A simple, highly efficient, and environmentally friendly method of immobilizing macromolecules, including the following steps: (1) providing a biomolecule and a leading molecule, and heating the biomolecule and the leading molecule with microwave to link for forming a mass molecules for adsorption; (2) providing a porous support, and mixing the mass molecules and the porous support into a mixture; (3) further mixing the mixture by vortex and thus immobilizing the mass molecules as well as the biomolecules to form a bioreactor for biological reactions and catalysis; and the bioreactor can be further used for constructing a reaction system via incorporating a specific substrate or other elements.
