電磁雜訊抑制電路

隨著現今高速數位電路操作速度及時脈頻率越來越高,差動微帶線及帶線廣泛應用在傳送差動訊號。在理想狀況下,差動傳輸線具有低串因效應及較低電磁輻射的特性,但是在電子電路佈線中,為了節省面積,往往會有一些不連續結構,像是轉彎、穿過槽孔...等,或是差動訊號在輸出時,大小及相位有非對稱的情形,這些原因往往會造成共模雜訊的產生,共模雜訊藉著接地面傳送到板邊、連接的導線及屏蔽金屬,會造成嚴重的電磁相容及電磁干擾問題。 此發明利用耦合線電容性的負載磨菇頭缺陷式接地面結構,對於共模雜訊產生濾波的效果,同時,不影響差模訊號的傳輸。利用蛇行微帶線加強與此接地面結構的耦合,進而達到縮小化且多個零點產生的目的,可廣泛應用於現今多對傳輸線傳輸的高速電路系統。 Differential signaling has become essential in high-speed digital system design due to its high immunity to noise and crosstalk. However, in practical circuits, the differential signal pair may accompany the unwanted common mode noise and the common mode noise may couple to the I/O cables. The attached I/O cables inevitably behave as the EMI antenna and cause EMC problems. As a result, suppressing the common mode noise has become a necessity of solving the EMI problems. In this invention, the common mode filter based on the coupled line capacitively loading a mushroom-shaped ground plane is proposed. Applying meandered coupled lines, it can be designed with multiple transmission zeros and miniaturized into a compact size. It is utilized to solve SI and EMI problems in high speed digital circuits or wilreless communication systems.
