技術說明

一種移動式即時變溫監控裝置，包含一個高溫爐、一個進料單元、一個觀測單元。該高溫爐圍繞界定出一個加熱空間，並包括一個連通該加熱空間的觀測口，該加熱空間具有一個低溫區域與一個高溫區域。該進料單元包括一個供一個樣品放置並可於該高溫區域與該低溫區域間移動的載台。該觀測單元可經由該觀測口擷取該樣品之影像並顯示出來。透過控制載台的移動能控制該樣品在該高溫區域與該低溫區域間移動，使樣品能於移動過程中快速升溫，而不受限於高溫爐的加溫速率，且在移動過程中，使用者還可透過觀測單元，及時觀看樣品於移動過程中的變化。 The system has a movable temperature control and an in-situ observation device, including a feeding platform, a sample carrier, a pusher device and a optical imaging instrument. In order to achieve fast heating rates and in-situ observe the situation insude the furnace, we construct a system that can control the temperature and the heating rate by changing the sample carrier places and corresponding to the temperature distribution in the furnace. How high the heating rate become depend on how fast the sample carrier move. Therefore we can have rapid heating rate, for example, the temperature can achieve 1500oC in one minute, and immediate observation of the sample in the furnace of the entire process.
