本發明係提出一種質子交換膜之製造方法係可包含下列步驟:藉由親水處 理法使基材表面帶有氫氧基;以溶膠凝膠法將偶聯劑與氫氧基鍵結進而修飾於 經親水處理之基材上;將具有膦酸根的胺基酸與經修飾之基材上的偶聯劑化學 鍵結;使經化學鍵結之基材吸附磷酸;以及以至少二防洩漏薄膜夾合基材,從 而防止被基材吸附的磷酸洩漏。由此方法製得的質子交換膜能以有機/無機複合 方式滯留磷酸。利用矽烷偶聯劑連接玻璃纖維及具有膦酸根的絲胺酸,進而製作出以化學鍵鍵結膦酸根在玻璃纖維上的有機磷酸質子交換膜。 Provided is a manufacturing method of proton exchange membranes, which includes the following steps. The hydroxyl groups are deposed on the surface of a substrate by a hydrophilic treatment. The hydroxyl groups on the hydrophilic treated substrate are chemically modified with a coupling agent by a sol-gel process. The sol-gel processed substrate is exposed to an amino acid with phosphonate radical so that the amino acid with phosphonate radical could be chemically bound with the coupling agent. The chemically bound substrate is immersed in phosphoric acid for absorption. The substrate blended with phosphoric acid is placed between at least two leaking proof films for the purpose of preventing the leakage of the absorbed phosphoric acid. The proton exchange membranes manufactured by this method enable to retain phosphoric acid in organic/inorganic complex form.
