技術說明

本發明係有關於一種倒多角錐陣列型免標定病毒檢測基板、系統及其方法，其中該病毒檢測基板係搭配一拉曼光譜儀進行病毒檢測，該病毒檢測基板表面具有一金屬層，其中，該金屬層具有複數倒多角錐型凹槽，該些凹槽係構成一陣列。將相對應尺寸之病毒置入陣列之凹槽成一體，使用一最佳化雷射波長射入含病毒之陣列凹槽，誘發表面增顯拉曼效應以進行檢測。 本發明“倒多角錐陣列型免標定病毒檢測基板、系統及方法”為國科會專題研究計畫之主要核心技術。後續亦將以此為基礎，進行臨床病毒檢測技術之發展。為保護此核心技術之原創性，除申請中華民國專利外，應於美國、歐洲等原為技術主流國家申請以取得專利的保護。此外，中國大陸的市場需求量及銷售量亦是不容小覷，故評估中國大陸為潛在之製造地及販賣市場，亦應同時申請中國大陸專利，以取得保護。 Non-labeled virus detection substrate, system, and method based on inverted multi-angular arrays are disclosed. The virus detection substrate is used together with a Raman spectrometer for virus detection. The virus detection substrate has a metal layer disposed thereon, and inverted multiple cavities are formed in the metal layer. The cavities are arranged in an array. The target virus is detected, firstly by fitting its size with the dimension of the cavity and combining them as one and secondly by applying an optimized laser wavelength to induce the effect of surface enhanced Raman scattering.
