技術說明

本發明提供一種人工血管之生成方 法，其 包含下列步驟 : (a) 將 一柱狀基材置於一第一光感性水膠溶液 中，係以一光源照射形成一 基底 層；(b) 將步驟 (a) 所製備之該柱狀基材置於一甲殼素水膠溶液 中，當形成一膜層 時，再 置於一氫氧化鈉溶液中形成一中間 層；(c) 將步驟 (b) 所製備之該柱狀基材置於一第二 光感性水膠溶液中，該 第二光感性水膠溶液更包含一細 胞，係以該光源照射直至該中間層 表面形成一外表層 ； (d) 待步驟 (c) 所製備之該柱狀基材中 ， 該 細胞 於該外表層形成一管狀結 構，以一溫 度加熱抽離該狀支撐物以及該 中間層，取得一人工血管 The present invention provides a reparation method of a tubular vascular graft, which comp rises the steps : (a) immersing a tubular scaffold in a first light sensitivity gelatin solution ,and forming a bas e layer by a light irradiating; then, (b) immersing the tubular scaffold of the step (a) in a ch itin gelatin solution to form a film ,then generating a mi ddle layer by affecting with sodium; then, (c) immersing the tubular scaffold of the step (b) in a seco n d light sensitivity gelatin solution which comprises a cell ,and forming a surface l a yer by the light irradiating, (d) until the cell forms a tubular structure, pulling out the base layer and the tubular scaffold by heating to get an artificial blood vessels 。
