技術說明

血管收縮素轉化酶抑制劑(Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, ACEi)為治療高血壓、心血管疾病上極重要的一類藥物。由於心血管疾病多屬於長期的慢性疾病，因此病患的平日照顧實屬重要。許多文獻報導食物蛋白之水解物，如魚肉蛋白、大豆蛋白等具有ACEi 活性，可透過此些食品類胜肽來預防心血管疾病。在草藥方面，包括鳶尾花(Dietes iridioides)、竹茹(Bambusae caulis)等已被報導具有ACEi 之功效。土半夏(Typhonium blumei Nicolson & Sivadasan)為民間常用之草藥，具散瘀、止血、消腫、解毒等功能，雖然民間流傳土半夏具有眾多藥效，但仍無任何文獻報導其具有抑制ACE之功效。使用中草藥作為疾病輔助治療的「輔助與替代療法」已被廣泛的注意。本發明係將土半夏葉經有機溶劑萃取分層及管柱層析分離而找出可抑制血管收縮素轉化酶之有效區分物，未來可應用於心血管疾病之預防與治療上。 Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEi) is one kind of important medicine to treat hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Because cardiovascular disease often belongs to the long-term chronic illness, therefore the ordinary daily health care is really important. Lots of literature report that some hydrolysates of food proteins may exhibit ACEi activity, such as fish protein peptide and soybean protein peptide, and have been used in daily life health care for preventing hypertension. Typhonium blumei is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb endowing with detumescence, detoxification, anti-inflammation activities. However, no literature reports the ACEi activity of this herb. This invention aims to the preparation of T. blumei extracts and their chromatographic fractions, and the application of these products on the inhibition of angiotensin-converting enzyme.
