超音波標靶藥物傳輸系統METHODS AND SYSTEM FOR ULTRASOUND-MEDIATED TARGET DRUG DELIVERY

目前標靶藥物需針對病灶區域有特定的生物標記(biomarker)顯著表現才能達到有效提昇目標區域的藥物濃度並增加藥物進入疾病細胞的劑量。每種疾病有各種不同的生物標記,即使某一疾病特定的生物標記表現程度也因人而異,造成標靶藥物的療效往往變異很大而不如預期。因此本研究希望開發可以增強標靶藥物療效的超音波目標藥物傳輸系統。同時開發技術,藉由都卜勒超音波(Doppler ultrasound)量測原理,以脈衝聚焦式超音波施打血管位置,以收得施打前後之收縮期峰值血流速度(Peak Systolic Velocity, PSV)及搏動指數(Pulsatility Index, PI),來即時監測超音波引發藥物於目標區域的滲透濃度。本技術是第一個研發以都普勒超音波量測血流的方式來即時監控以脈衝式超音波做目標藥物傳輸之藥物滲透量的系統。 The present invention provides a synchronic monitor system for targeted drug delivery induced by ultrasound. A first ultrasound is applied in the drug delivery, and the first ultrasound apparatus emits a first ultrasound to a vessel of a target zone to let a drug pass through the vessel into the lesion zone. The system relates to a novel ultrasound enhanced drug delivery system and methods of delivering a compound using such system. The abovementioned system comprises a second ultrasound apparatus and software. The second ultrasound apparatus has a transducer, and the transducer is used to emit a second ultrasound to the vessel to determine several information of the blood flow. The software is installed in the second ultrasound apparatus to collect all the information of the blood flow, and calculate an extravasation of the drug in the lesion zone via an equation according to the information of the blood flow.
