本發明提供了一種光誘發控制之細胞胞解晶片,包含:一上基板,其材料為透明導電材料;一下基板,其材料為透明導電材料;一光導材料層,其係形成於前述上基板之下表面或下基板之上表面;及一腔室,其係設置於前述上基板與下基板之間。當上基板與下基板間具有電位差時,可藉由局部照光造成光導材料之電阻降低,進而使電流集中於特定區間流通,進而誘發電場達到細胞胞解目的。 兩種細胞包含fibroblast細胞及口腔癌細胞被用在實施例中證明裝置的胞解能力。本發明主要有兩大功能,其一為可個別且依序打破細胞於一群細胞當中;其二為可選擇性的只打破細包膜不傷害的細胞核,這種特殊的功能對於某些生物技術分析相當有用,例如細胞中粒腺體的分析。 The present invention is about an optically-induced cell lysis biochip, including a upper substrate which is made by transparent electric conductive materials; a lower substrate which is made by transparent electric conductive materials; a photoconductive material layer which is located between the lower surface of the upper substrate or the upper surface of the lower substrate; and a chamber which is located between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. First, the upper substrate and the lower substrate are applied an alternative-current voltage. The electric resistance of photoconductive materials would decrease by light illumination to let electric current concentrate between specific area and therefore to induce the electric field to accomplish the cell lysis.
