技術說明

一種大氣壓化學游離法離子聚焦構件，用於設置一質譜儀的游離腔室內，並位於一游離裝置之噴頭以及一質量分析器之間，前述的大氣壓化學游離法離子聚焦構件包括有一表面佈滿凹窩的球體及插置於球體中的細針，細針尖端朝向質量分析器的進樣口並通有高電壓。當前述大氣壓化學游離法離子聚焦構件應用於APCI介面時，可藉以聚集從游離裝置之噴頭噴出的分析物氣態分子。如此，被聚集於球體後側的分析物氣態分子接觸到細針後，就會進行電暈放電而成為分析物離子，繼而經進樣口進入質量分析器中。故由於本發明能提高進入質量分析器之分析物離子的量，因此本發明可提升離子傳輸(ion transmission)效率、增加訊號強度、降低偵測誤差與偵測極限，並可應用於生活中常接觸物質之微量分析。本發明的大氣壓化學游離法離子聚焦構件可與現有游離源技術結合，無須另購游離腔室，可廣泛適用於各式質譜儀之APCI游離源，具有操作簡單、迅速、經濟等優點，並可應用於微量分析檢測。 An ion focusing member of atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) which is composed of a golf ball, needle and rod is set between APCI source and inlet of the mass analyzer. When the gaseous plume of APCI pass through a golf ball can be focused on the needle, and then ions are formed in the corona discharge reaction and flow into the mass analyzer by voltage difference. Furthermore, the invention can increase signal intensity and enhance ion transmission efficiency, because the ion focusing member of APCI can focus the amount of analyte the ions into the mass analyzer. The lower limits of detection (LODs) and the lower error of detection are obtained by the ion focusing member of APCI. The ion focusing member of APCI can combine with available APCI source of different kinds of mass spectrometer. In conclusion, the ion focusing member of APCI is an easy, convenience and economy device. The invention can broaden the application of APCI for the analysis of trance compounds.
