技術說明

本發明是有關於一種液體定量及混合裝置與液體定量及混合方法，且特別是有關於一種用於微流體系統（Microfluidic System）的液體定量及混合裝置與液體定量及混合方法。本翻轉裝置由放置液體之晶片以及改變載具翻轉角度的機構所組成。藉由改變晶片翻轉至不同的角度，以及晶片上流道的設計以做多步驟的液體控制，誠如液體定量、程序控制等多功能。可做為生物化學反應的微流體操作平台，發展實驗室晶片、居家照護檢測晶片等應用。 This rotational device is composed of a liquid carrier or a chip and a flipping mechanism that alters the angle of rotation of the chip. By rotating the carrier to certain degrees, and changing the design of the channels on the chip, we could perform a series of liquid processing, such as metering, adding regents in sequence, etc., and therefore, it can be used as a microfluidic platform for various biochemical and biomedical applications.
