本發明係提供一種傳輸層封包處理系統以及方法，傳輸層封包重組單元係控制樣式比對單元，以直接比對儲存於記憶體單元中符合樣式比對之封包資料長度規定之封包，且符合與未接收封包無前後關係之其他封包，並在比對該複數個封包後，控制記憶體單元釋放儲存比對過之封包之記憶體空間。本發明可將比對過之封包在記憶體單元中所佔據之空間釋放，節省記憶體空間，降低整體硬體成本。 本發明係關於一種傳輸層封包處理系統以及傳輸層封包處理方法，更特別的是，係關於一種具有傳輸層封包重組單元以控制樣式比對單元比對已接收且符合規定資料長度之封包，並在比對後釋其所占據之記憶體空間。 A TCP system and TCP reassembly processing method are provided. A TCP reassembly unit controls a pattern matching unit to match the packets of a data segment, wherein the packets have the sufficient length of data and are not the packets before and after the packets which are not received by the TCP reassembly unit. Then, the TCP reassembly unit empties the memory occupied by the packets stored in the memory unit. The present invention can release the memory storing the matched packets, save the memory space and reduce the cost of the hardware.
