本發明為一種金屬氫化物之儲氫裝置,其中包含了一圓柱罐體、一組罐體密封蓋、至少一個裝填儲氫材料之模組單元、罐體底部之模組單元支撐彈簧。罐體內具有複數個中空圓柱構造,用以裝置熱管等熱傳增強元件。每一模組單元皆包含具有配合罐體中空圓柱之滑套設計,使模組可依序疊層於罐體內。每一模組單元亦包含複數片具有良好導熱之徑向分隔片,與滑套連接至中空圓柱以構成單元內之熱傳增強結構幫助導熱。模組外部有設置氫氣流動用之溝槽並在溝槽內設有通道開口使氫氣可藉由溝槽流入或流出模組內部與儲氫材料反應。模組內壁裝置過濾網層,以防止儲氫材料隨吸放氫流出外部。罐體密封蓋由外部密封蓋及內蓋所組成,並有一裝置濾片的氫氣出入口,以達成防止氫氣外漏的目的,並具有導流罐體出入口與模組外壁氫氣溝槽的作用,以構成完整之儲氫裝置。 The invention discloses a hydrogen storage apparatus including a cylindrical vessel, a sealing lid and at least one metal-powder module. The cylindrical vessel has plural hollow rods parallel to the vessel axis, inside which heat exchangers such as heat pipes are installed. The metal-powder module used to contain metal hydride powders is accommodated in the vessel and has a plurality of sliding sleeves. Each of the sliding sleeves is pierced by one of the hollow rods such that the modules can be stacked one by one in the vessel. The module also includes a compartment structure. Each structure has cross or plural radial-separated pieces and is connected to the sliding sleeves to form the heat transfer enhancer. The flow channels on the module wall allow hydrogen to be distributed evenly into/out of each of the compartment. Filter meshes are set around the inner wall of the module to prevent the powder from passing through the flow channels.
