技術說明

一種單電極式感測元件及其製造方法。單電極式感測元件包括基板、多個第一電極、多個第二電極、多個感測單元以及接觸層。多個第一電極和多個第二電極位於基板的至少其中一表面上，其中多個第一電極沿著第一方向排列且沿著第二方向延伸，多個第二電極沿著第二方向排列且沿著第一方向延伸，且多個第一電極與多個第二電極投影至基板上形成多個交會區域。多個感測單元分別與每個第一電極和每個第二電極電性連接。接觸層至少位於多個第一電極或多個第二電極上。 A single electrode type sensor device and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The single electrode type sensor device includes a substrate, a plurality of first electrodes, a plurality of second electrodes, a plurality of sensor units, and a contact layer. The plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes are located on at least one of surfaces of the substrate. The plurality of first electrodes are arranged along a first direction extending along a second direction, and the plurality of second electrodes are arranged along the second direction extending along the first direction. A projection of the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes form a plurality of intersection regions on the substrate.
