斜向驅動式平台結構

本發明係關於一種斜向驅動式平台結構,係包括:一基座、一第一軌道、一螺桿、一第一滑塊、一轉動軸、一轉動軸承座、一第二滑塊、一斜滑動桿、至少一第二軌道、至少一第二滑塊、一工作平台、以及一馬達。於本發明之中,該斜滑動桿、該螺桿與該工作平台運行軌道之間係存在不變的三角函數關係,且斜滑動桿與螺桿之間具有一斜驅角,如此,隨著螺桿位移量之改變,定位平台解析度可被維持常數,因此工作平台運行時可具有穩定不變的進給解析度;此外,係利用該三角函數關可將螺桿移動量經由相似三角形等比例地轉換成工作平台的進給量,進而使得受驅動的工作平台可獲得極精細的進給解析度,不需要搭配使用任何高規格伺服元件。 The present invention relates to an oblique-driven platform structure, comprising: a base, a first rail, a screw, a first sliding block, a second sliding block, an oblique slide rod, at least one second rail, at least one third sliding block, a work platform, and a motor. Moreover, the displacement of the screw stroke can be proportionally transformed to the feed rate of the work platform through the trigonometric relation, such that the driven work platform can get an extremely high displacement resolution without using any high-level servo motor.
