技術說明

本創作係使用特定材料來做為絕緣層使用，該材料普遍具備有深紫外光穿透的能力，因此大多做為玻璃鍍膜以增進深紫外光的穿透率，或做為週期性光柵鍍膜與其他光學型鍍膜使用，以製作各類型的深紫外光學鏡頭模組；本創作係第一個使用此材料來做為氮化物紫外光檢測器的絕緣層，以製作出金屬-半導體-金屬型(MSM)紫外光檢測器，導入此材料絕緣層後能有效地增加光暗電流比值與改善光檢測器之拒斥比(Rejection ratio)，甚至可以改善光檢測器之感測靈敏度 In this study, we used the specific material as the use of insulators with the transparent ability of ultra-violet (UV) transmission. Thus, this specific material is always used as the evaporated film onto glass to enhance the transparency of deep UV light and to fabricate various types of the deep UV optical lenses modules. The specific material is firstly used as the insulator layer of nitride-based UV photodetectors to form the metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) UV photodetectors. The enhanced photo-to-dark current contrast ratio and improved rejection ratio of UV photodetectors are achieved by introducing this specific material as the insulator.
