技術說明

本創作係一個具有三段變速功能的內變速器與扁平式外轉子式直流無刷馬達結合，在馬達與輸入端齒盤之間設計一個離合器作分離式結合，使得使用者能依照自己的需求選擇所需的動力源，其中內變速器是以一組自由度為二的單式行星齒輪機構做為內變速器主體，內部調速機構利用平移式調速滑塊做為操控主體，此種調速機構是藉由軸向平移据以嚙合或不嚙合行星臂來達到換檔目的。而內變速器外部藉由齒盤與扁平式外轉子馬達與輸入端齒盤作分離式的結合，來達到自行車騎行時可自由選擇動力源由馬達驅動或者由人力驅動透過鏈條輸入。 This invention is a 3-speed internal transmission hub with an integrated exterior-rotor type brushless permanent-magnet motor. The internal transmission hub consists of a 2-DOF basic planetary gear mechanism with a mechanical gear-shifting mechanism, which is a gear stage control device used for controlling the pawl-and-ratchet type one-way clutches and fixed clutches. The presented invention provides six forward speeds, including two under drives, two direct drives, and two over drives, as well as two drive modes: the motor-drive mode and the human-drive mode.
