技術說明

本發明係為一種光學傳輸模組，應用於對一第一電信號之轉換與傳輸，該光學傳輸模組包含有：一半導體基板；一第一膜層，形成於半導體基板之第一表面上；一電子元件層，形成於半導體基板之第二表面上，用以將第一電信號轉換成一光信號後發射；以及一光波導結構，形成於第一膜層上，該光波導結構包含有一第一反射面、一光波導結構主體和一第二反射面；其中光信號能穿透半導體基板和第一膜層而進入光波導結構，並經第一反射面之反射而於光波導結構主體中傳輸，再經第二反射面之反射而穿透第一膜層和半導體基板而由電子元件層接收，進而將該光信號轉換成一第二電信號後傳輸。 The present invention relates to an optical transmission module applied for conversion and transmission of a first electrical signal. The optical transmission module includes a semiconductor substrate; a first film formed on a first surface of the semiconductor substrate; an electronic device layer formed on a second surface of the semiconductor substrate; and an optical waveguide structure formed on the first film. The optical signal passes through the semiconductor substrate and enters the main structure of the optical waveguide structure. The optical signal is reflected by the first reflective surface and transmitted in the main structure of the optical waveguide structure, and then is reflected by the second reflective surface to pass through the semiconductor substrate. The optical signal is received by the electronic device layer so as to be converted into a second electrical signal for transmission.
