技術說明

一種奈米顆粒的製造方法，其包括以下步驟。提供基板，其中基板的一側有多個柱狀體，且各柱狀體具有側壁。形成多個環狀結構，且各環狀結構之內壁環繞各柱狀體的側壁。移除各柱狀體的一部份，以使各柱狀體的高度下降，並暴露出各環狀結構對應各柱狀體之部分的內壁。使環狀結構完全脫離柱狀體，以形成多個奈米顆粒。此技術之特點為可以在金屬奈米顆粒（尤指金奈米環）仍黏在基板上時進行表面改性（如生物分子鍵結），如此可以省下多道離心及超音波震盪程續，由此，奈米顆粒製作之良率可大幅提升。 A fabrication method of nano-particles is provided. The fabrication method of nano-particles includes the following steps. A substrate is provided, wherein a plurality of pillars are on one side of the substrate, and each of the pillars has a sidewall. A plurality of ring structures are formed. The sidewall of each of the pillars are surrounded by the inner wall of each of the ring structures. A part of each of the pillars is removed to reduce the height of each of the pillars and to expose the inner wall of each of the ring structures corresponding to the part of each of the pillars. The ring structures are completely separated from the pillars to form a plurality of nano-particles.
