技術說明

研發的電動輔助載具以日漸普遍的微機電六軸慣性感測器取代昂貴的扭力感測器。以電動輔助自行車為例，慣性感測器可直接固定於車體上，無需更改自行車的機構。在配置慣性感測器融合演算法與馬達控制器下，電動輔助自行車可達成坡度補償，慣性補償與阻力補償。即上坡時馬達可自動產生扭力來克服重力使駕駛者可輕鬆踩踏上坡，下坡時則利用煞車回充功能將動力轉換回電力，一般行駛時馬達扭力也會將含馬達、電池的車體慣性影響降至最低，提升人力踩踏時的加速性，此外也可自動產生電動扭力來補償地面的阻力所降低的車速。綜言之，即便電動自行車的重量因馬達與電池的安置而增加，或是自行車處於上下坡的狀態，此智慧型電動輔助系統可使騎乘者擁有接近一般人力自行車於平地騎乘的輕快感受。 The power-assisting mobility vehicle includes at least one actuation unit, a sensing unit and a signal processing unit. Particularly, the sensing unit includes a motor rotation speed sensor, a multi-axis accelerometer and a multi-axis gyroscope. The signal processing unit is connected to the actuation unit and the sensing unit, so as to process the signals of the sensing unit. Then, the actuation unit performs inertia compensation, damping compensation and gravity compensation to the mobility vehicle through a sensor fusion algorithm. When the mobility vehicle is actuated by human-power, the power-assisting system assists the power automatically to save human labor.
