技術說明

本專利是結合開關式電源轉換技術運用於微感測元件之加熱器電源控制，其目的是提昇加熱器在整體系統上之效率，降低電池電源損耗可以被運用在可攜式裝置上。此一技術可以在寬範圍電池電壓下, 可依加熱器不同溫度需求維持很高的電熱轉換效率。當電池電壓很高，加熱器所需電壓很低時，可以採取Buck降壓模式，提昇電熱效率。當電池電壓很低，加熱器所需電壓很高時，可以採取Boost up昇壓模式，滿足加熱器需求。 微感測器之加熱器透過結合開關式電源轉換技術作為驅動控制，除了提昇電熱轉換效率，且在可克服攜式產品上，電池電壓寬變動範圍之限制。可建立一個多用途感測器應用平台，容易系統整合及擴展微感測元件在IOT之運用。 This patent is a combination of switching power conversion technology used in micro-sensing components of the heater power control, the purpose is to enhance the efficiency of the heater on the overall system to reduce battery power consumption can be used in portable devices. This technology can be in a wide range of battery voltage, according to the needs of different temperature heater to maintain a high electric conversion efficiency. When the battery voltage is high, the heater voltage is very low, you can take buck mode, to enhance the efficiency of electric heating. When the battery voltage is very low, the heater required voltage is high, you can take Boost up mode to meet the heating needs.
