技術說明

本發明揭露一種數位半色調影像處理方法，包含以下步驟：(s1) 將原始影像分成非規矩排列的不重疊區塊；(s2) 利用經訓練的類別矩陣(Class Matrix, CM)及經訓練的擴散矩陣(Diffused Matrix, DM)對重疊區塊進行點擴散程序；(s3) 整合各區塊之處理結果，以取得與原始影像對應的半色調影像。本發明揭露(s1)的重疊區塊排列方法，及(s2)的class matrix與diffused matrix的最佳化方法。 A near-aperiodic dot diffusion along with the optimized class matrix and diffused matrix is proposed. The results of which can present a nearly anisotropic halftone when compared with that of the traditional dot diffusions. Formerly, the class matrix of the dot diffusion is duplicated and orthogonally tiled to fulfill the entire image for further thresholding and quantized-error diffusion, which accompanies with subsequent periodic artifacts. As documented in the experimental results, the proposed dot diffusion can yield excellent image quality with near-aperiodic halftone compared to the former dot diffusion. Moreover, the memory consumption is also lower than that of the former dot diffusion. Compared with the error diffusion schemes, the proposed dot diffusion also gears with additional high efficient parallelism property.
