分散式分歧線故障自動偵測系統及方法

本專利技術應用含嵌入式系統之智慧端末單元(iFTU),儲存故障前分歧線之網路架構,當分歧線發生故障造成分歧線斷路器(LCB)跳脫且分歧線停電時,iFTU立即收集分歧線端末單元(LTU)所產生回報之故障旗標,藉由iFTU嵌入式系統之運算,決定故障位置。然後iFTU下達指令給故障區間兩端之LTU以啟開分歧自動化開關而完成故障隔離,然後再投入LCB完成分歧線上游復電,最後iFTU下達指令給原先兩分歧線常開點之LTU,以投入連絡開關而完成下游復電。 This patent is to design a fault restoration system for distribution laterals to complete the service restoration procedure. The embedded intelligent feeder terminal unit (iFTU) is used to store the topology of the pre fault lateral network. When a fault occurs on the lateral, the lateral circuit breaker (LCB) is tripped to cause the service outage of whole lateral. The iFTU will collect the fault flags which are generated by all of the lateral terminal units (LTU) along the lateral. According to the combination of all reported fault flags, the boundary LTUs of the faulted section open the corresponding automatic line switches to isolate the faulted section. After that, the iFTU issues the command to close the LCB to complete the upstream service restoration. Finally, the iFTU sends the command to the LTU at the ending point of the lateral to close the open tie switch to complete the downstream service restoration.
