技術說明

本專利配合電動車用輪內之六相永磁式同步電動機之額定規格，且馬達之幾何結構符合輪胎應用，將用多極、多相永磁式同步馬達，以達到高效率、低轉速、高轉矩、低轉矩漣波、及高可靠度等多項優點，其六相永磁式同步馬達適合於都會區之輕型載具之應用。由於六相永磁式同步馬達共有兩組三相繞組的結構，因此不僅可以分散電流以減少損失，且可以達到一組三相繞組或功率轉換器故障，另一組三相繞組亦能減載而工作，以提高電動車的系統可靠度。 This Description is planning the initial geometry with the calculation of the magnetic circuit with the in-wheel six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor rated specification. Then, analyze magnetic and electrical properties and modify details of the geometry by using element electromagnetic-field analysis software package, Ansoft/Maxwell_2D and finish the sample of the motor. Finally, using the automatic measurement platform measure out the parameters and performance to test and verify with the analysis. The parameters could be the basis of controlling the motor.
