節能發光二極體封裝LED PACKAGE STRUCTURE

此LED封裝結構能夠將兩種不同發光機制之光引擎做良好的結合。在白光的部分需要結合藍光LED以及黃色螢光粉來做混光,而綠光或者是紅光則不需要螢光粉層,若要封裝在同一封裝體中,在封裝體當中就須能夠區分。在白光搭配綠光的封裝體由於頻譜能夠與人眼的視效函數作加成的動作,因此在夜晚能夠有節能的效果,而此封裝體也能夠應用於室內外的照明。白光若搭配紅光則能夠使得此封裝體在使用一種螢光粉的情況下,達到暖白色溫的效果,也能夠因此將光源的演色性作提升。 This LED packaging structure can combine two different kinds of illuminating mechanism light engine well. In the white light part, the phosphor is necessary to convert blue light into white light. However, green or red light can emit light directly without using phosphor. In this purpose, if they are in one packaging body, they should be separated very well. In the package of white light and green light, this kind of lighting can save energy by dimming the white light and increasing green light for matching the relative responsive spectrum of human eyes. At night, this process can save energy and this package can also be used as indoor and outdoor lighting source. Furthermore, white light and red light can be combined in this package to become a warm white LED. Also, the CRI can be enhanced.
