技術說明

「智慧化雙向即時車輛派遣系統」係一服務創新之營運架構，將傳統派遣資訊流封裝起來，並採用開放平台架構(如OSGi)，使各類演算法、計算模式具有可更換性及組織能力；亦將派遣技術、績效評估、車輛軌跡、供需預測、金流機制完全封裝於雲端系統上的平台，並同時提供高安全性的開放程式介面(API)。其特性包含快速、自助、便利、個人化且整體的媒合服務以及彈性的議價空間。此外，系統之雲端平台會完整記錄計程車行駛軌跡與載客記錄，故其服務對象可包含計程車駕駛人、乘客、政府監管機關、計程車車隊、其他派遣業者、企業會員、學術研究單位等等。 “Intelligent Cross Direction and Real-Time Vehicle Dispatching System” is an innovative service operating structure, which packs the traditional dispatching information and uses an open platform (eg. OSGi) to make multiple algorithms as well as computing models more flexible and organized. Also, the dispatching technology, performance evaluation, tracks of vehicles, prediction of supply & demand and cash flow mechanism will be packed together on the platform of cloud computing system, which provides high-security application programming interface. It features fast, self-service, convenient, personalized and overall matching service, as well as the flexible pricing mechanism. Besides, the cloud computing platform will also record the whole tracks of taxis and passengers. Therefore, it can offer services or information to taxi drivers, passengers, government regulatory authorities, taxi fleets, other dispatching operators, corporate members, academic research institutes, and so on.
