一般多數運轉中欲使煞車時的方式為採用橡皮摩擦停止,本技術是以馬達、幫浦、感測器、油管、控制電路以及電液比例先導溢流閥為構造,當運轉時,令其比例閥開啟,欲使停止時,管內油壓會經由感測器感測出油管內壓力所讀出的訊號,訊號經由控制電路所輸出的訊號給電液比例先導溢流閥,會造成油管內油壓是使其壓力增加,故能使達到煞車功能。本技術阻止管內油壓輸出之流體使其產生壓力進而能夠達到煞車功能使運轉中之停止,有別於傳統使用摩擦之方式。 Most generally, when the brake operation purports way for the introduction of rubber friction to stop, this technology is the motor, pump, sensors, tubing, and electro-hydraulic proportional control circuit pilot relief valve is constructed, when running, so that it proportional valve is open, purports to stop, hydraulic pipe will be measured by the sensors sense the pressure within the tubing of the read signal, the signal output by the control circuit of the signal to the electro-hydraulic proportional pilot relief valve will cause tubing hydraulic pressure is to increase, it can reach the brake function.
