技術說明

一種光學元件，包括一光源 、至少一奈米共振結構以及一可撓包覆體。該光源係提供一寬頻光予該奈米共振結構。該奈米共振結構係由多個半導體柱狀結構沿著單一方向間隔排成一列，且各半導體柱狀結構的長度以及寬度小於該奈米共振結構的主要共振波長。該可撓包覆體用以完全包覆該奈米共振結構，並在受到一外力施加時，致使所述奈米共振結構發生對應於外力的形變。另外，一種基於上述結構之壓力感測元件以及壓力感測裝置亦被提出，用以達成高靈敏度結構感測之應用。 An optical device including a light source, at least one resonant structure and a cladding body is provided. The light source is configured to provide a broadband light to the resonant structure. The resonant structure includes a plurality of semiconductor columnar structures arranged at intervals to form a row along a single direction, and a length and a width of each of the semiconductor columnar structures are less than the main resonant wavelength of the resonant structure. The cladding body is configured to cover the resonant structure completely and cause the resonant structure deformed corresponding to an external force applied to the cladding body. Besides, a pressure sensing device and a pressure sensing apparatus are also provided for highly sensitive structural monitoring.
