技術說明

人體工學椅是市場上存在已久之產品，由於辦公室用椅之訴求除了造型外，長時間使用的舒適感、減少疲累的程度、久坐後之產熱問題，一直存在著改進之空間，然而，本土品牌的市佔率偏少，本研究之動機即在於改善高雄縣某廠商之人體工學椅，使其增加產品之功能性及競爭力。 現今市面上的人體工學椅，椅墊材質大部分為不透氣材質，將導致使用者長時間使用後，椅墊溫度升高，導致使用者與椅墊接觸之部分易感到皮膚上的不適。如果換為透氣的材質，可以提高透氣性，椅墊溫度不易提高，因為是使用網面材質，所以在長時間使用過後，易感到與椅墊接觸的部分被壓迫，導致舒適度下降。 俯視來看，座墊為多數空心管排列而成，每一個空心管都藉由連桿連接到椅背，當使用者向後壓椅背時，會將空心管內的熱氣向下壓入導管中，熱氣會進入分流管內並產生旋轉，由於熱空氣比冷空氣輕，因此旋轉時會外於外側，並透過分流管的結構使熱氣向下排出，並使冷空氣向上由出氣口（圖未示）排出。 特別說明的是，該散熱結構也可以設置在椅背內。 本研究之目的為改善人體工學椅之椅墊，讓使用者於長時間使用後椅墊溫度不易上升，並且不易使接觸到的部分感到不適，而達到整體舒適感的提升。 Ergonomic chairs have long been on the market. Because people need to sit for a long time on office chairs, the accumulated heat should be taken into consider. The high level ergonomic chairs market has long been occupied by foreign brands. This patent will help to improve the functionality and competitiveness of local brand. To provide comfortable support, most ergonomic chairs use airtight material in its cushion, and lead to higher temperature after long time use. Thus, recently, mesh has been used on the design of cushion. However, due to the small contact area between human skin and mesh, it is easy to generate higher pressure that leads to uncomfortable sensation. In this patent, air inside the cushion is pushed into vortex tubes to separate cool air from hot air. The cool air is then redirect back to cushion to help cooling down the cushion temperature. This device can also be applied on the back of ergonomic chair design.
