技術說明

一種藥用植物之簡易辨認及編碼方法，其係首先針對各藥用植物進行簡易的定性分析，再將分析結果簡單轉換運算成為 參數，之後再將不同參數予以統計分析與編碼處理，可有效將不同的藥用植物進行編碼與分類，且可用於未知樣本的辨 識或是已知樣本的防偽。 在本發明中，藥用植物粉末分別經過水和乙醇取後，測定萃取液的pH值和碘試液變色試 驗反應，及收集其萃取液之分光光度掃描圖譜等資料，將各項結果與資料進行運算與編碼，為各種藥用植物編定一組獨 有的編碼定序，並建立編碼定序的數據資料庫，此分析與編碼定序方法可幫助快速分辨各種不同的藥用植物，亦能幫助 鑑定某藥用植物之真偽或是否混入其他藥材。 It is a simple and rapid method for the identification and encoding of medicinal plant materials. After certain simple qualitative and spectrophotometric analyses of plant material, the data collected are statistically analyzed and encoded. This method can be applied to identify and encode unknown plant sample or to authenticate known samples. In the present invention, medicinal plant pow/ders are extracted with water and alcohol. The pH value, iodine test and spectrophotometLc spectrum of an extract are collected, analyzed and coded. Each medicinal plant material is assigned a unique code and thus to establish a database system for the codes of different medicinal plant material. This analyzing and coding method can be applicable in the rapid identification and authentication of different plant materials, as well as in checking for adulteration.
