技術說明

一種顯微掃瞄系統，其包含有一顯微鏡裝置、一繼光鏡裝置、一步進馬達以及一超光譜儀裝置。顯微鏡裝置，用來擷取並放大一待測物之一影像以形成一放大影像，放大影像係延一第一方向及一第二方向呈二維分佈。繼光鏡裝置，設置於顯微鏡裝置之後，用來接收並傳遞顯微鏡裝置所輸出之放大影像。步進馬達，電連接於繼光鏡裝置，用來漸次地沿第二方向直線地於第一方向上往復移動繼光鏡裝置。超光譜儀裝置設置於繼光鏡裝置之後，用來接收繼光鏡裝置沿第二方向依序傳遞待測物於第一方向之部分放大影像，並將其轉換成一相對應之光譜資訊。 A microscanning system including a microscope, a relay lenses device, a stepping motor and a hyper-spectrometer is disclosed. The microscope enlarges an image of an objective so as to generate an enlarging image which is a 2D image along a first direction and a second direction. The relay lenses device disposed beside the microscope receives the enlarging image outputted by the microscope. The stepping motor electrically connected to the relay lenses device moves the relay lenses device along the second direction with stepwise reciprocating movements. The hyper-spectrometer disposed beside the rely lenses device receives a part enlarging image of the objective along the first direction and transforms the part enlarging image along the second direction into a corresponding spectrum.
