技術說明

本發明提供了一種吞嚥功能檢測系統，包括：一吞嚥感測器、一下頷肌電感測器、一呼吸感測器、一訊號擷取器以及一處理裝置。該吞嚥感測器、該下頷肌電感測器及該呼吸感測器用以感測該受測者吞嚥時之一訊號。該訊號擷取器用以收集該訊號，並透過該無線網路將該訊號傳送至該處理裝置，以及該處理裝置透過該應用程式分析該訊號產生一分析結果。本創作藉由上述結構可以改善吞嚥困難病患之居家照護服務模式，若將該分析結果上傳雲端伺服器，醫療人員可根據資料評估病情及制定完整的進食計畫，免去須頻繁往返醫院的不便。 Our research in this project, on the other hand, will develop a portable and non-invasive swallowing and espiration assessment system. We will use this system to detect the coordination between breathing and wallowing.Also, we will record the signals of the submandibular muscle surface EMG, the movement of the thyroid cartilage and the respiratory status of the nasal cavity to identify the special events during the whole swallowing process. In addition, our program will not only automatically analyze the whole process of each swallowing duration, but also calculate the latency,excursion and jitter time of the thyroid cartilage when it acts. Finally, we will use our approach to compare the differences between smokers and non-smokers to verify the significance of the good coordination between breathing and swallowing.
