技術說明

本技術發明提供一種流體化床系統，其包括一燃料反應器、一與該燃料反應器相互連通的空氣反應器、及一接設於該燃料反應器與該空氣反應器之間的環封裝置(loop seal)；其改良在於，該環封裝置經由一第一輸送管連接該燃料反應器，並經由一第二輸送管連接該空氣反應器，且該第一輸送管及該第二輸送管都相對於水平面呈傾斜設置。本發明之流體化床系統可有效提升其中使用之載氧體的循環效率，同時避免燃料氣體接觸到空氣以消除安全上的風險 The instant disclosure relates to a fluidized bed system comprising: a fuel reactor, an air reactor interconnected with the fuel reactor, and a loop seal arranged between the fuel reactor and the air reactor, characterized in that the loop seal connects the fuel reactor through a first transporting tube and connects the air reactor through a second transporting tube, and the first and second transporting tubes are incliningly positioned. The fluidized bed system of the instant disclosure may increase the circulation efficiency of the oxygen carrier employed therein and prevent the fuel in the fuel reactor flow into the air reactor, thereby eliminating corresponding safety issues.
