本發明係有關於一種用於處理四氟化碳之觸媒，主要於一中孔洞載體上附有金屬作為活性中心，該金屬係選自含有銅、鐵之金屬鹽及其混合所組成之族群；其中，該觸媒具有比表面積1079~1247m2/g，孔洞大小分佈為2.67~4.42nm；且該金屬具有比例變化為0.5~5wt%；另提供以上述觸媒用於處理四氟化碳之方法，該處理方法係以觸媒焚化法進行處理；藉此，提供一成本低廉、性質穩定且對於處理四氟化碳具有高效能之觸媒。 A catalyst for dealing with carbon tetrafluoride-containing waste gas, which comprises a mesoporous carrier attached with metal as an active center, and the metal is selected from the metal salt consisting of copper, iron and their mixture. The specific surface area of the catalyst is 1079~1247m2/g, the pore size distribution is 2.67~4.42nm, and the metal scale is 0.5~5wt%. By such arrangements, the catalyst is low cost, has a stable nature, and can effectively dealing with carbon tetrafluoride.
