一種抗菌防汙薄膜製作方法，係包含：提供一第一溶液，係包含以重量百分比計為20～31%之氨水、34～48%之乙醇、14～21%之四乙氧基矽烷及14～21%之正十八基三氧甲基烷；於40～60℃之環境下，以該第一溶液於一基質表面形成一第一薄膜；提供一第二溶液，係包含以重量百分比計為34～38%之生物類黃酮、20～22%之檸檬酸、13～17%之甘油及24～28%之水；及於40～60℃之環境下，以該第二溶液於該第一薄膜表面形成一第二薄膜。 A method of manufacturing an anti-bacterial and anti-fouling film is disclosed, which comprises: providing a first solution that comprises 20~31 wt% of ammonia, 34~48 wt% of ethanol, 14~21 wt% of tetraethoxysilane and 14~21 wt% of octadecyltrimethoxysilane, forming a first film with the first solution on the surface of a matrix at 40~60℃, providing a second solution that comprises 34~38 wt% of bioflavonoid, 20~22 wt% of citric acid, 13~17 wt% of glycerol and 24~28 wt% of water and forming a second film with the second solution on the surface of the first film at 40~60℃.
