應用於無線功率傳輸系統之主僕式倍壓整流電路Master-Slave Voltage Doubling full-wave rectifier for wireless power transfer system

主僕式全波整流電路採用較為簡單的架構便可以提升轉換效率,此架構包括主級全波整流電路(二個二極體、兩個NMOS開關電晶體以及二個電容)與樸級輔助增壓電路(四個二極體及二個電容)。主僕式全波整流電路使用六個二極體及兩個NMOS開關電晶體作為分相動作,可提升輸出直流電壓與轉換效率。主僕式全波整流電路利用正、負半週相反的訊號使電容在全波整流電路上可以累增直流輸出電壓的特性將電壓倍壓並且提昇轉換效率。 The proposed rectifier provides a master-slave voltage doubling full-wave topology which can reach relatively high PCE by means of a relatively simple circuitry. The proposed rectifier provides a master-slave voltage doubling full-wave topology, which primarily includes a master-stage full-wave rectifying circuit (composed of two diode-wired NMOS, M1 and M2, two capacitors, C1 and C2, and two electronic switches, S1 and S2) and a slave-stage auxiliary charging circuit (composed of four diode-wired NMOS M3-M6 and two capacitors, C3 and C4). With the differential phase division switching achieved by the electronic switches, the DC voltage and PCE of the rectifier can both be improved.
