音叉狀耦合微波感測器

本申請案揭露了兩種新型微波感測探頭,將應用於不同產業,並預期能大幅降低生產成本、改善製程。且設計最佳化演算法,配合所發明之探頭,提升精確度。本發明使用3D列印與電鍍作為感測探頭製程,可於智慧農工廠之產線輸送帶、倉儲,及時感測物料含水率。於市售常見網路分析儀安裝本發明之演算法,並搭配所設計之微波感測探頭,可組合為一在線式微波水分儀。相較於過去技術,預期能大幅降低生產成本、改善製程;於物料含水率量測精確度上,預期能有相當之提升。 This application discloses two new types of microwave sensing probes. First, it will be used in different industries and is expected to significantly reduce production costs. Furthermore, for improving accuracy. It has optimized algorithm and probe which have special design. Present inventions are used 3D printing and electroplating as the sensing probe manufacturing process. It can be used in the production line conveyor belt and storage of the smart agricultural factory to detect the moisture content of the material in time. Besides, the algorithm can be installed in common network analyzer with microwave sensing probe. Both of them can combine into an online microwave moisture meter. Compared with the past technology, it is expected to significantly reduce the production cost and improve the manufacturing process. The accuracy of the measurement of the moisture content of the material is expected to be considerably improved.
