技術說明

CO2雖穩定性大，但以離子液體為催化劑，促使其活化可成為良好碳源原料進而參與有機化學反應，近來有很大進展，對碳的循環再利用有很大的貢獻。本專利設計離子液體聚合物使反應在溫和條件下進行，產率高且分離容易。方法係包含：一前置步驟，於一反應槽內放入一離子液體聚合物；及一環加成步驟，將環氧化物與二氧化碳加入有該離子液體聚合物之反應槽，進行批次或連續式反應，以透過該離子液體聚合物催化該二氧化碳與環氧化物進行環加成反應，以生成一環碳酸酯。 The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing cyclic carbonate with carbon dioxide, by using polymeric ionic liquids as catalysts, which can manufacture cyclic carbonate in a time-saving and highly efficient process. It comprises a step of “filling,” by filling up a reactor with the solid catalyst; a step of feeding epoxide and carbon dioxide into the reactor, and followed by catalyzing the cycloaddition reaction to form the cyclic carbonate by the solid catalyst. The process can be in either batch or continuous modes.
